NCS is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting the communication and social-emotional needs of K–8 students. You will work directly with students—many of whom are Autistic or have identified speech and language challenges—by providing individualized and group therapy services. This role is designed to foster communication growth, self-advocacy, and social interaction skills that empower students to thrive academically and socially.
You will join a supportive team of 4+ in-house SLPs, benefiting from direct mentorship by a licensed, experienced SLP team manager. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead initiatives, such as designing Social Club programming for Autistic students using Social Thinking® methodologies, while collaborating cross-functionally with educators and specialists.
Our mission is to provide the children of NCS with new educational opportunities through a rigorous, comprehensive K-8 program that cultivates the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each child. We strive to ensure our students become independent learners and critical thinkers who acquire the academic skills needed to succeed in college preparatory high schools. Simultaneously, we focus on developing the social and emotional skills that allow every student to reach their full potential.
This position offers both purpose and professional growth within a mission-driven school culture. You will have access to rich professional development, including monthly consultations with a Social Thinking® collaborative trainer, targeted workshops, and a generous $250 annual CEU allowance.
Qualified candidates should submit their application through the provided requisition channel. We encourage Clinical Fellows (CFs) to apply, as high-quality supervision is provided. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
