As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be the driving force behind student progress, providing comprehensive speech, language, and social communication assessment and therapy services. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical needs and academic goals, ensuring every student receives the support necessary to thrive.
In this position, you will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and treatment plans that align with academic objectives. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of individual and group therapy sessions addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs. You will serve as a key collaborator, working closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create a cohesive support system for each student. Additionally, you will provide consultation and strategies to educators for classroom support, ensuring that therapeutic goals are integrated into the daily learning environment.
