PediaStaff seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join a mission-driven, collaborative team dedicated to ethical practice and building strong relationships. In this role, you will support students in educational settings by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for children with diverse needs. Your work is vital in helping students access the communication skills they need to succeed at school and beyond.
As a member of our team, you will partner with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success. Your day will involve conducting evaluations, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. You will also participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences, using evidence-based interventions aligned with student goals while providing consultation strategies to educators for classroom carryover.
We are focused on cultural and linguistic responsiveness in practice, ensuring that every student receives care that respects their unique background. Our team values strong relationships and a commitment to helping students thrive in their educational journey.
To apply, please ensure you have a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, are eligible for or hold a state SLP license, and have clearance for a background check required for school settings. Candidates with pediatric or school-based clinical experience are highly encouraged to apply.
