PediaStaff seeks a School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication and academic success within an educational setting. This role is designed for professionals dedicated to ethical practice and building strong relationships with families and school teams. You will be the driving force behind providing high-quality therapy services to children, ensuring their developmental needs are met through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
Your work will center on a collaborative culture where you partner with teachers, school staff, and families to support student growth. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide both individual and group therapy services. Beyond direct clinical care, you will participate in multidisciplinary team conferences, offer consultation strategies for classroom carryover, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. Whether managing articulation disorders, language interventions, or AAC implementation, your goal is to empower students to thrive academically and socially.
We are a mission-driven organization focused on ethical practice and strong relationships.
