About the Role

We are seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide essential therapy services within an educational setting. In this role, you will serve as a vital partner to students, teachers, and families, assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Your work will extend beyond individual therapy sessions to include developing and implementing IEP goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and offering consultation on classroom strategies to support learning.

You will be responsible for conducting evaluations, managing standardized testing, and ensuring all documentation meets school and legal requirements. Whether working with articulation disorders, language impairments, or fluency issues, you will apply culturally and linguistically responsive practices to ensure every student receives the care they need.
