PediaStaff is dedicated to supporting students in educational settings across the nation. We foster a mission-focused, collaborative culture that prioritizes strong clinical support and ethical recruiting practices. Our goal is to create meaningful opportunities for professionals to impact the lives of children in schools nationwide.
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse K–12 population. This role exists to ensure every student receives the specialized care they need to succeed academically and socially. You will work within school-based settings to deliver individual and group therapy, collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and monitoring IEP goals, and utilizing evidence-based practices to drive data-informed decision-making. Beyond direct therapy, you will participate in multidisciplinary team conferences, provide consultation to classroom staff for skill carryover, and assist in RTI/MTSS processes. By maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to district, state, and federal regulations, you will play a vital part in the educational journey of the students you serve.
