We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our award-winning Special Education team in a dynamic, student-centered environment. This role exists to provide high-quality, customized speech therapy services that improve overall speech functioning and communication skills for students in Grades K-12.
As an SLP at Spectrum Center, you will perform meaningful work by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based therapy programs. Your day will involve direct instruction, prescriptive evaluation, and consulting with parents, guardians, and home school district representatives. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educational psychologists—to enhance student development. Beyond clinical duties, you will foster strong, trusting relationships with families, ensuring the seamless carryover of communication goals into home and school routines. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals through language development while contributing to a positive team culture.
If you excel in an outcomes-focused environment and are ready to make a lasting impact, we invite you to apply. To learn more about our history, mission, and program services, please visit our careers page at Work With Purpose.
