Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to join our team. Our mission is to promote educational success for children with special needs. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive speech therapy services designed to enhance the communication abilities of students with diverse needs. Your work will foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess students' communication and swallowing skills to determine their specific needs and identify the most effective therapeutic approaches. You will craft individualized plans of care tailored to each student's unique goals and implement speech therapy interventions that drive tangible improvements in their speech and language abilities.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to seamlessly integrate speech therapy into broader educational goals. Additionally, you will provide essential guidance and training to school staff and parents to support speech-related interventions outside of direct therapy sessions. Maintaining accurate student records, assessments, and progress reports will ensure that every step of the student's journey is documented and tracked effectively.
