About the Role

In this position, you will assess students' communication and swallowing skills to determine their specific needs and the most effective therapeutic approaches. You will develop individualized plans of care tailored to each student's unique goals and implement speech therapy interventions to improve their speech and language abilities. A key aspect of the role involves collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to seamlessly integrate speech therapy with broader educational goals. Additionally, you will provide essential guidance and training to school staff and parents to support speech-related interventions while maintaining accurate documentation of student records, assessments, and progress reports.
