About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with PDS, you will spend your day improving the lives of children by setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond. This role is designed for those who enjoy working with students and want to build a rewarding career through exceptional speech therapy. You will deliver high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs and 504 plans, conducting evaluations, writing reports, and monitoring progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.

You will collaborate closely with school staff and families to support student goals and participate in IEP meetings to contribute to a positive school culture. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow or a seasoned CCC-SLP, you will find a stable, enriching environment where you can build lasting relationships with students, teachers, and school teams.
