As an Experience Guide, you will play a vital role in growing your career while contributing to the success of our sales distribution site. Your primary focus is catering to the individual needs and preferences of potential guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable tour of our resorts.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between guests and our licensed sales team. You will build trust and rapport by answering questions about the resort experience, local vacation activities, and property details. By discovering the travel needs of prospective owners through strategic conversation, you will help licensed Team Leaders customize presentations that resonate with each guest.
Your day-to-day involves managing guest relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and supporting future business opportunities. You will leverage Marriott Vacation Club resources to provide high-quality service, utilizing tools like virtual tour software on electronic devices to enhance the guest experience. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to follow-up, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to refine presentation scripts and overcome challenges.
Candidates selected for this role must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs. The position requires regular, on-site, in-person presence and interaction with guests, as physical presence is an essential function of the role. Successful candidates will also be expected to participate in formal training sessions and assist in the development and mentoring of other associates.
