About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager based in Waldorf, Maryland, to lead our rental and sales efforts for new and used machines, select allied equipment, and dealer services within an assigned territory and customer list. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives with limited supervision, capable of developing objectives, setting priorities, and implementing ideas in a timely manner.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers through periodic scheduled visits while effectively prospecting for new business. Success requires the ability to interpret data, make quick decisions, and negotiate deals to close sales. You will be expected to promote a positive customer experience and uphold our core values in every interaction. The role involves frequent travel, including overnight trips and out-of-town visits via car or airplane, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the territory.

Hiring Process

Candidates with previous outside sales experience are required. We look for individuals who possess excellent customer satisfaction skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, as is English/Spanish bilingual proficiency. Please note that this is a sales position eligible for base plus commissions, with a probable income exceeding $100,000, though final compensation is negotiable based on experience and skills.
