About the Role
The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) serves as the guiding force for a specific zone within our retail sales floor. This role is designed for individuals passionate about merchandising and selling, dedicated to ensuring an exceptional experience for both associates and customers. As a ZTL, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned area, managing everything from power aisle compliance and signage to replenishment and daily recovery. You will supervise associates, ensuring they are productive and aligned with company standards, while also managing the critical "Door to Floor" process to keep the sales floor stocked and ready for shoppers.
