About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will be the face of Walgreens, modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your primary mission is to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression, from the moment a customer walks through the door to the final exchange at the register.
You will engage with customers and patients by offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues, and answering questions. This role goes beyond simple transactions; you will share customer service best practices with your team, demonstrating interpersonal habits like greeting, eye contact, and courtesy. You are expected to proactively offer help, identify needs, and service customers until they are satisfied.
Your day-to-day involves operating the cash register with efficiency, processing sales, voids, returns, and exchanges. You will also maintain the store's visual standards by keeping counters and shelves clean, merchandising products, and constructing displays for promotions and seasonal items. Additionally, you may assist with photo services, web pick-up responsibilities, and general store maintenance to ensure a neat and orderly environment.
Hiring Process
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. While prior retail experience is preferred, we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements
