As an In-Shop Team Member, you will be the face of our brand—welcoming customers as they walk in and out, and ensuring every visit is fast, friendly, and memorable. You will help deliver the Jimmy John's experience our customers love: real people serving incredible sandwiches, made right and served in 30 seconds or less.

About the Team

This franchise is an affiliate of several entities which independently own and operate Jimmy John's Sandwiches locations. Based in Illinois, we operate 100+ stores across seven states (Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin). We are continuing to grow with new store development and acquisitions, striving to be the best Jimmy John's franchisee group by delivering exceptional customer service and providing great career opportunities.
