About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the daily rhythm of our travel plazas, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to strict brand standards and food safety requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-energy environment our travelers expect while fostering a supportive team culture.

You will be the face of the plaza during your shift, engaging travelers with friendly, enthusiastic interactions and resolving any complaints with care. Your day involves orchestrating opening and closing procedures, managing point-of-sale operations, and overseeing food safety protocols from prep to storage. Beyond operational duties, you will actively cross-sell products, maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, and mentor newly hired team members. You will also serve as a vital communication link, informing plaza leadership of any observations or concerns that arise.

Hiring Process

Candidates with cash handling and customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Shift supervisor or leadership experience is preferred. We look for individuals who demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
