We are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead all sales, operations, service, and support activities for our high-volume big box location. This role is critical to ensuring the overall success of the store and upholding our commitment to associates and customers. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, manage freight flow, and cultivate a team of competent associates dedicated to solution selling and exceptional customer service.

Five to seven years of experience with a major big box retailer in a high-volume, 30,000+ square-foot store, with at least 100 employees and accountability for profit and loss, within the consumer electronics industry. A college degree.
Education: A college degree is strongly preferred.
