About the Role
As a Grooming Salon Leader, you will lead salon operations and your team while delivering expert grooming services to our valued customers' pets. This role is designed for experienced groomers with proven technical expertise and leadership skills who are passionate about growing a team and making a real difference.
In this position, you will showcase your creativity and passion for animals in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, driving salon performance, and ensuring exceptional care for every pet. Your day will involve balancing the art of grooming with the science of salon management, from optimizing schedules and inventory to coaching entry-level trainees and seasoned professionals. You will also perform expert-level grooming services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of every animal in your care.
