About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Beauty Coach based at Dillard's in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to help write the next chapter of our story. In this role, you will represent the Clarins Brand and drive business growth through the acquisition and retention of customers while providing superior levels of service.
You will join a team that is extremely passionate and driven, operating in an environment where guests seek the best advice. Your day will involve creating an elevated and seamless customer experience through consultation, make-up application, and product demonstration. You will work to achieve counter sales goals, assist in the successful execution of events and promotions, and maintain high standards of counter hygiene and presentation. This is an opportunity for someone with a curious mind and a thirst to go further to boldly take on new challenges.
