About the Role
The Assistant Store Leader of Operations serves as a vital partner to the Store Leader, directing activities required to achieve all store goals. This role is about driving excellence through increasing sales, finding operational efficiencies, and developing top talent. You will ensure best-in-class guest service, manage operating expenses, and maintain a clean, well-maintained store environment. By fostering a guest-focused team culture and empowering associates in decision-making, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor.
