As a Route Service Representative in Salt Lake City, Utah, you will operate with a high degree of independence while driving a company vehicle to manage a large territory. This role is designed for individuals hungry for growth who possess top-tier merchandising, customer service, and driving skills. You will be the face of our brand at the store level, responsible for implementing merchandising plans, setting up displays, and maintaining planograms to ensure consistency and visual appeal. The position involves managing stock, rotating products, and maintaining a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory. You will work closely with store managers to achieve merchandising goals and deliver data-driven retail solutions.
The typical day begins at 6:00 AM. This role requires a commitment of 48–52 hours per week, with additional overtime available periodically. A unique aspect of this position is the travel requirement; depending on specific route business needs, you may be required to spend 2–3 nights per week in a hotel. For these overnight trips, a meal allowance is provided. The role also involves traveling to training at SRP University in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with travel costs covered by the company.
