About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our store's success, responsible for the ongoing day-to-day operations while adhering to company policies. Your mission is to maximize store profits, ensure a high level of customer service, and maintain an exceptional store appearance. You will lead a high-performing team, cultivating a positive shopping experience for all guests and fostering an inclusive atmosphere where mutual understanding and respect thrive.
In this role, you will not only manage financial plans and inventory but also build meaningful relationships with community partners to connect the store with its neighborhood. You will champion change initiatives, educate associates on the need for evolution, and ensure that safety, service, and operational efficiency meet or exceed our high standards. Your leadership will directly impact guest and associate satisfaction, driving the store's profitability and growth.

Requirements
