About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager, you will strive to go for WOW! This is the standard of customer service at Duluth Trading Company, defined by treating the customer right and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to create special experiences.

You will lead the team in driving sales and profitability while setting the tone for exceptional engagement. Your day will involve orchestrating staffing levels, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom meet our high standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising, and fostering a culture of integrity and solution-based decision-making. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching employees to build a strong bench for the company's future, all while maintaining the safety and security of our store and team.
