We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Front End Supervisor) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a floor leader or manager-in-charge, ensuring that operational policies are properly carried out and customer satisfaction standards are met. You will oversee front-end staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure competent associates are hired to service our customers effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing regular coaching on customer satisfaction and sales presentations, leading freight flow and merchandise processing, and maintaining accurate store office functions. You will also partner with senior management to handle human resource issues and support loss prevention efforts.
