About the Role
The Retail Manager leads all aspects of a high-volume retail operation at the Panthers IceDen. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in store management, merchandising, buying, inventory control, and team leadership. You will drive revenue, elevate the customer experience, and ensure operational excellence while supporting the Florida Panthers brand. The position involves managing the full merchandise lifecycle, developing and executing budgets, and creating visually compelling, brand-aligned displays. As a key leader, you will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with safety and loss prevention procedures.
