Day in the Life

In this position, you will lead by example, driving sales through the training, motivation, and mentoring of sales staff. Your day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, from overseeing merchandising and production to managing customer service interactions. You will supervise the team by assisting in interviews, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while also acting as a Safety Champion by identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a secure work environment.

You will be deeply involved in the financial and operational heartbeat of the store, ensuring accurate daily sales paperwork, timely deposits, and the proper handling of cash registers. Beyond the numbers, you will foster a positive work culture by resolving complaints, facilitating meetings, and promoting teamwork.
