About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who want to make an immediate impact on the customer experience. You will be the face of the store, responsible for delivering highly satisfied customer interactions by embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your day will involve engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and upholding operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
You will play a key role in supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting credit and loyalty programs, you will ensure every transaction reflects our commitment to quality. The role also involves active participation in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction goals. As a team member, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business, ensuring seamless operations throughout the day.

Location and Compensation
