As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will be the face of our beauty department, dedicated to maximizing sales and brand awareness through exceptional, personalized customer care. This role exists to provide impartial expertise and inspirational beauty knowledge, helping customers find solutions for their total look regardless of brand or budget.
In this position, you will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your day will involve engaging with customers to identify their needs, offering mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, and utilizing tools like the Skin Hydrometer to provide tailored advice. You will lead in-store events to foster brand loyalty, manage the beauty department's standards, and ensure a clean, organized environment. By building authentic relationships and leveraging omni-channel solutions, you will help customers discover products both in-store and online, ensuring they leave with confidence in their beauty and wellness choices.

Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician granted by the appropriate state licensing authority. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors. Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers. Experience selling Prestige brands. Degree from Beauty School. Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Degree from Beauty School preferred.
