As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will maximize sales and brand awareness by providing exceptional, personalized care to every customer. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate a genuine passion for beauty and wellness, offering inspirational knowledge and expertise regardless of brand or budget. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing solutions for customers' total look through mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations using tools like the Skin Hydrometer.
Your day-to-day involves engaging customers with a warm, professional demeanor to identify their unique needs. You will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience by proactively offering assistance, sharing best practices, and leveraging omni-channel solutions to locate products both in-store and online. Beyond individual interactions, you will lead in-store events to promote brand loyalty and maintain the highest standards for the beauty department, ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant environment.

Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors. Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers. Experience selling Prestige brands. Degree from Beauty School. Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.
