About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a vital part of the European Wax Center family, assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a primary focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive your location to break national company records while infusing the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in an environment that rewards great performance. Approximately 80% of your time will be customer-facing, allowing you to coach performance, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment that encourages innovative problem-solving. The remaining time will be dedicated to essential administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and creating visual tracking reports. You will also organize outreach and marketing events to support the center's growth.
