As a Store Manager in Training, you will participate in a structured 8-week leadership development program designed to prepare you for future leadership within our growing organization. This role is not designated for a specific store; instead, you will rotate through a minimum of three different locations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
Upon completion of the program, your final placement will be determined by your performance and the business needs of the time. You will assist the Store Manager in operating a store that stresses the importance of customer service, maintains associate morale, provides training, and maximizes sales and profits. This position requires a willingness to travel during training and relocate for your final assignment.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel as part of the training program. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals with the potential to grow into leadership roles within our retail environment.
