About the Role
The Loss Prevention Supervisor is a pivotal position focused on safety, inventory management, and shortage reduction. Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while building productive relationships with store leadership and associates. This role involves leading associate awareness efforts, investigating internal issues, and strengthening the overall loss prevention culture within the store.

Requirements
