About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit our stores. We'll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person's unique needs. If you have a passion for sales or just helping people, this role is great for you.
In this position, you will welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, performing product demos and answering questions across all departments. You will also manage cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges, while helping keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked. Additionally, you will assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our shoppers.
