As a Merchandiser for PepsiCo Beverages North America, you will be the face of our brand within large-volume grocery and retail stores across Arvada, Lakewood, Golden, Littleton, and surrounding areas. This role is designed for self-managed individuals who thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment. You will ensure our products are visible, accessible, and appealing to customers by managing shelf stock, coolers, and promotional displays.
Your day-to-day involves a consistent schedule with specific start times, allowing you to build strong relationships with store personnel and customers. You will act as a liaison between the store and PepsiCo management, communicating store issues and ensuring our operating procedures are followed. This is a labor-intensive position that requires physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, as well as utilizing equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks to move products from storage to the sales floor.
To join our team, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License with proof of insurance, as personal transportation is required to access multi-store locations. Because this role involves regular field work and interaction with the public, a conditional offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. We conduct criminal history reviews in accordance with applicable laws, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act, to ensure safety while providing fair consideration to qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records.
PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse environment and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other applicable local laws, such as the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
