As a Merchandiser for PepsiCo in the PBNA region, you will be the face of our brand within large-volume grocery and retail stores. This full-time, day-shift position is designed for self-managed individuals who take pride in maintaining product availability and presentation. You will serve as a vital link between our company and store locations, ensuring that shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and coolers are fully rotated to meet customer demand.
The role is dynamic and physically active, requiring you to move between multiple store locations within your assigned shift. You will interact daily with store personnel, managers, and customers, building relationships that enhance the shopping experience. While the schedule is consistent with specific start times, there is an opportunity to attain different work schedules over time as you grow with the team.
To join our team, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. Driver's License with proof of insurance, as personal transportation is required to access multi-store locations. The role involves regular field work away from a physical company location, including visiting customer sites and interfacing with the public. Consequently, a conditional offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
