Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor

About the Role

Merchandising & Inventory Supervisors demonstrate a passion for sales floor merchandising, signage standards, inventory management, back-room operations, and customer service through their actions and coaching. You will be collaborative and inclusive, helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

You will play a central role in helping your store, your people, and your customers win. This position involves executing product activities such as truck unloading, sorting, and stocking, as well as maintaining accurate inventory controls and executing weekly planograms. You will also deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an inviting store environment, and provide store leadership when scheduled as the "Manager on Duty."
