As the General Manager for Store 76 in Hays, Kansas, you will serve as the leader responsible for ensuring superior customer service and driving the store's overall success. This role exists to cultivate a positive, professional, and safe work environment while developing associates at all levels. You will be the face of Westlake Ace Hardware, fostering strong community connections and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to being helpful.
In this position, you will lead by example, managing daily operations, inventory, and budgets to maximize profitability. Your day will involve mentoring your team, resolving customer challenges, and maintaining the physical assets of the store.
