About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Palo Alto location. In this role, you will partner closely with the Store Director to oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring we meet our operational budgets and uphold our company's policies and programs.
Your primary focus will be leading the Grocery department, where you will drive sales and profitability while motivating your staff to deliver extraordinary customer service. You will step in to manage the entire market when the Store Director is absent, handling everything from product ordering and inventory management to resolving customer complaints and supporting cashiers. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on the store's performance and culture.
