About the Role
As a Break Time Store Manager, you will oversee the performance of an assigned convenience store, serving as the face of the brand and the leader of a dedicated team. This role exists to ensure seamless daily operations, exceptional customer service, and financial profitability. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees while maintaining a keen focus on sales growth and store maintenance.
Your day will involve engaging directly with customers to provide fast, friendly service, handling complaints with courtesy, and supporting peak hours. You will manage all aspects of store operations, including daily reporting, banking, inventory, bookkeeping, and fuel management. Beyond operations, you will lead a team to execute marketing programs, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure all food programs are promoted and safe. You will also handle financial responsibilities such as controlling expenses, managing cash and inventory audits, and meeting company sales goals.
