As a Break Time Store Manager, you will oversee the performance of an assigned convenience store, serving as the face of the brand and the leader of a dedicated team. This role exists to ensure seamless daily operations, exceptional customer service, and financial profitability. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees while fostering a positive work culture that encourages everyone to strive to meet customer needs.
In this position, you will manage all aspects of store operations, from daily reporting and banking to inventory management and fuel oversight. You will ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe, while executing food programs and marketing initiatives to increase sales. Your day will involve supervising staff schedules, enforcing safety requirements, and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive environment. You will also handle financial responsibilities, including managing store finances, controlling expenses, and conducting audits to meet company goals.
Candidates must be available to work and support all shifts, including weekends and holidays. The selection process includes a successful pre-employment background check and drug test. Applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and hold a valid driver's license with adequate vehicle insurance for transporting deposits to the bank.
