About the Role

The Store Consultant is the face of the FedEx Office retail experience, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer journey. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; it requires a team member who is knowledgeable across the store's diverse business areas, including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will act as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing tailored solutions to complex projects.

In this customer-service focused position, you will manage the entire lifecycle of a customer's order, from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and managing production queues. The role demands a blend of technical proficiency in operating a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment and the interpersonal skills to build rapport with every visitor. Whether assembling parcels, managing retail supplies, or resolving customer issues quickly, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality and excellence.
