As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our shoppers, guiding them through our diverse range of services including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your mission is to anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide effective solutions that meet their unique requirements.
In this customer-focused role, you will manage the entire order lifecycle—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating in-store activities and managing production queues. You will operate a wide variety of equipment, handle materials, and ensure that every package is prepared with care and precision. Whether you are assembling parcels, setting up binding machines, or managing retail supplies, your goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment that reflects the high standards of our brand.
