As a Store Consultant at FedEx Office, you are the face of our customer experience. You will utilize consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions for a diverse range of services, including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. This role is designed for a knowledgeable team member who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring every customer leaves with their specific needs met efficiently and to their satisfaction.
Your day-to-day involves more than just processing orders; you will coordinate store activities, manage complex projects, and operate a wide variety of production equipment. From assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping to maintaining the production queue and managing retail supplies, you will play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly. You will also have the opportunity to assist in training team members and looking for opportunities to improve internal processes and reduce waste, contributing to our Quality Driven Management culture.
