As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our shoppers, guiding them through our diverse business areas including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your mission is to anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide effective solutions that meet their unique requirements.
In this customer-service focused role, you will manage the entire retail experience—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and managing production queues. You will operate a wide variety of equipment, handle materials, and ensure that every parcel is prepared with care. Whether you are assembling parcels, setting up printing machinery, or resolving customer issues, your goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment while upholding the highest standards of service.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
