About the Role
As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide comprehensive solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping business lines. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to every visitor, ensuring their complex projects are handled with precision and care.
In this customer-focused environment, you will manage the entire lifecycle of a customer's order—from taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to coordinating store activities and managing the production queue. Your day will involve operating a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment, assembling parcels, and ensuring that every package is wrapped, labeled, and ready for delivery. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail space, managing retail supplies, and ensuring the proper display of merchandising materials.
