About the Role

As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transaction processing; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide comprehensive solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our customers, guiding them through complex projects and ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish.

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will manage the entire customer journey. From taking complex orders and providing accurate pricing to assembling parcels and operating specialized printing equipment, your work ensures that every interaction is efficient and professional. You will also play a key role in maintaining the store's operational excellence by managing production queues, stocking materials, and ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment for both customers and team members.
