About the Role
The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a smile and making eye contact to set a friendly, professional tone.
In this position, you will be engaged in a dynamic range of functions across the store as business needs require. From expediting newly received merchandise to the sales floor with a sense of urgency to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment, your contributions directly impact the "treasure hunt" experience. You will represent the Ross brand with integrity, assisting customers with questions and merchandise while supporting the team in solving operational challenges.
