About the Role

The Retail Associate is the face of Ross, responsible for ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a smile and making eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere. This role is dynamic; you will be expected to engage in a range of functions across all areas of the store as business needs require, from assisting customers with merchandise to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

You will represent the Company brand at all times, demonstrating integrity and honesty in all interactions. Whether you are expediting newly received merchandise to the sales floor, performing daily sizing and recovery, or handling customer service issues, you will execute your role with a sense of urgency to maximize productivity.
