The Role

As a Retail Associate, you are the face of Ross. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a smile, making eye contact, and offering a friendly "hello" and "thank you" throughout the store.

This role is dynamic and collaborative. You will work alongside a team that pursues excellence, learning and evolving together to solve hard problems. Whether you are assisting customers with merchandise, answering questions, or maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, your actions directly contribute to the "treasure hunt" atmosphere our shoppers love. You will be expected to engage in a range of functions across all areas of the store as business needs require, ensuring the environment remains safe, secure, and welcoming for everyone.
