About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the continued success of this established, high-volume restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will play a key role in daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.
You will lead from the floor, supporting your team and taking pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every day. As a leader, you will coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, foster a positive and accountable culture, and ensure that food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will directly impact team development, guest satisfaction, and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
